How do I email you? I have a very large Ginkgo tree in my yard. It's a male tree; there's another tree nearby at Washington Park, and I found a Ginkgo leaf downtown, so there must be one down there somewhere. I'm going to measure the trunk on my tree; I imagine it's 100 years old or more.

Wonderful site. I'm still reading and still learning. My neighborhood has a large female gingko that drops fruits on the sidewalk. The smell is only a small problem, compared to the beauty and vigor of the tree.

I remember several Gingko trees on the Ohio State University campus over 50 years ago...beautiful, stately trees. I had forgotten how much I had admired those trees. Last week while in Portland, Maine I parked my truck on a street which had a female Gingko that dropped many fruits. I was taken back in memory a half a century to see the beautiful golden autumn foliage. I gathered several fruits and hope to plant them. Thanks to your site, which is a gem ... I found a wealth of information about Gingko propagation. Thank you.

Ďakujem za informáciu o preseadení stromov Ginkgo biloba (vek 479 rokov) v Číne (50 km od centra Šanghaja) pri výstavbe múzea. Zaujíma ma spôsob presadby (čiastočné zrezanie konárov, úprava koreňového balu, rozmery stromu, výška, šírka koruny) a footodokumentácia stromov po vysadení!Ginkgo má dobrú koreňovú a pňovú výmladnosť! Pozdrav pre všetkých milovníkov stromu Ginkgo biloba!

The campus of the University of Nebraska has many gingko trees both male and female. The downtown city streets are lined with trees as well.

Having a great interest to the fossil wood, I found this wonderful site. It is a hub of the Ginkgo admirers from all the world. I have to mention that even in my town, Reghin, exist two beautiful Ginkgo trees, in the Central Park. They most to have a special history in my town.
I greet all the Ginkgo lovers and especially those who manage this site.

Ďakujem za aktuálne informácie a správy o Ginkgo biloba! Na Slovensku pokračujeme vo výskume a začíname zbierať semená (plody), bude dobrá úroda na lokalitách: Nitra, Topoľčianky, Trenčín, Beladice, Nová Ves nad Žitavou a môžeme bezplatne poskytnúť semená (do 20.11.2010).Prosím o správu, ako rastie Ginkgo v Kamakura v Japonsku (video 16.6.2010).

Es una exelente página ,me ayudo a ampliar mis conocimientos de una planta que ame siempre! Hoy a mis 50 años me he propuesto hacer una de semilla para dejarle a mis hijos. No sera fácil,tampoco imposible ...valio la pena entrar a esta página,amo los arboles ,las plantas en gral. y felicito muy especialmente la humildad de un grande: no se guardo nada nos conto todo! sobre el que yo llame siempre "El arbol de la vida"...
